Privacy policy

This policy explains how White Nova processes personal data collected via this site, in accordance with the GDPR and French data-protection law.

Data controller. White Nova, digital agency, Cannes (06400), Alpes-Maritimes, France. For any question about your data: contact@whitenova.fr.

Data collected. Only the information you voluntarily submit via the contact form: first name, last name, company, city, email, phone (optional), current website (optional), need, budget, preferred start date and project description.

Purposes. To answer your request, qualify your need and suggest the next step (scoping call, quote). No data is used for advertising.

Legal basis. Your consent, collected explicitly via an un-ticked box, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Recommendation questionnaire. Answers to the "Find my offer" questionnaire are processed in your browser and stored temporarily on your device (session storage). They are sent to White Nova only if you choose to submit the contact form.

Recipients and processors. Data is processed by White Nova and by its host Netlify, which handles the technical reception of forms. Your data is never sold, rented or shared with other third parties.

Hosting and transfers. The site and forms are hosted via Netlify. Some processing may involve servers located outside the European Union, covered by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).

Retention. Contact requests are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, up to three years from the last contact, then deleted or archived.

Cookies and analytics. The site sets no advertising tracker. Any analytics scripts are triggered only after your consent; otherwise no measurement takes place.

Automated decisions. No decision producing legal effects is taken in a fully automated way. The questionnaire recommendation is indicative and does not replace a human conversation.

Security. White Nova implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data (HTTPS, restricted access).

Your rights. You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. You can exercise them at any time by writing to contact@whitenova.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
