Choosing an offer
Which offer should I choose if I'm starting out?

What's the difference between Essential, Growth and Premium?

Prices and what they cover
Do the listed prices include VAT?
Listed prices are net prices in euros. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French CGI (franchise en base de TVA): the amount shown is the amount you pay.
Are the listed prices final?
They match the standard scope. A quote confirms the final scope; out-of-scope requests are quoted separately.
Is the advertising budget included?
No. Media budget is paid directly by the client to the platforms. Printing and hosting are not included either, unless stated in writing in the quote. See: Advertising
Are revisions unlimited?
No. Each tier includes a set number of revisions. Extra requests are assessed and quoted before any work is done.
Working together
What do I need to provide?
Texts, visuals, access, legal information and approvals, depending on the project. If these are late, the schedule may be paused and rescheduled.
Are results guaranteed?
No. White Nova guarantees work that matches the scope, not a commercial result. The indicators tracked are agreed during scoping. See: Method
Do the site, the domain and the accounts belong to me?
Yes. The domain name and your accounts (Google, social media, advertising) stay in your name: you keep the access. Rights to what is created for you, the site included, are assigned to you after full payment, as set out in the quote and contract. If we stop working together, you keep your site, your domain and your accounts.
Can I edit my site myself?
No. Your site is hand-coded, with no admin interface: that keeps it fast and light. Changes are made by White Nova, within the support included in the Maintenance offer, or quoted on request. Once paid for, the site is yours: another provider can take it over. See: Maintenance
Am I tied in for a set period?
For a one-off service, no: you pay for the service and nothing more. For monthly offers (Social media, Advertising, Ongoing support, Maintenance), the initial commitment is three months, the time needed to set the work up and measure its effects. After that, the offer continues month to month: you can stop it whenever you like, with a simple email before the end of the current month.
Do you work outside Cannes?
Yes, across the French Riviera and remotely anywhere in France when the project allows, including alongside your existing team or vendors.
