These terms govern the use of whitenova.fr, published by Ryan Aversa, sole trader (EI), trading as White Nova. The publisher's details are in the legal notice.

Access to the site

The site is free to access, with no account required. White Nova does its best to keep it available but cannot guarantee it: access may be interrupted for maintenance or for technical reasons beyond its control.

Information and prices

The site presents White Nova's offers, which are intended for businesses and professionals. “From” prices are indicative and match the standard scope of each offer.

They are not a contractual offer: only an accepted quote is binding on White Nova and its client.

The express check-up and the offer simulator give general indications, worked out from the published prices and your answers. They are neither a quote nor personalised advice.

Orders, payment and refunds

No order or payment takes place on this site. It therefore has no separate refund policy.

The scope, timelines, payment terms and cancellation conditions of each service are set out in the quote and contractual documents provided before any order.

Intellectual property

The text, visuals, logo and code of this site belong to White Nova or are used with permission. Any reproduction or reuse requires prior written consent. Short quotations that credit the source remain permitted.

Links to other sites

The site contains a few links to third-party sites, such as its hosting provider, the French data-protection authority or Calendly for booking a call. White Nova does not control their content.

Liability

White Nova takes care to publish accurate information and corrects errors that are reported to it. This information is general: it does not replace a conversation about your situation.

White Nova cannot be held liable for a temporary unavailability of the site or for any use of the site that breaches these terms.

Accessibility

The site is designed to work with a keyboard, with a screen reader and without JavaScript, with AA-level contrast under WCAG 2.1. It has not undergone a formal compliance audit.
