Data is never collected without your knowledge. It is only used within the context of the relationship you initiate with the agency.

Data is accessible only to White Nova team members handling your file and, where applicable, to our technical subcontractors (hosting, CRM tools, email delivery service). No data is sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

Prospect data: three years from your last contact.
Client data: duration of the contractual relationship, extended by the legal accounting retention period, i.e. ten years.
Audience measurement data: thirteen months maximum.
