Privacy policy
This page describes the personal data White Nova processes when you visit the site and get in touch, in accordance with the GDPR and French data-protection law.

Data processed
This site has no form, no user account and no analytics tool.
The only data you share with White Nova is what you choose to send by email to contact@whitenova.fr: your email address, your name, the content of your message and its attachments, and the email's technical metadata (date, time, routing servers).
The express check-up and the offer simulator run entirely in your browser: your answers are neither stored nor transmitted, unless you choose to send them yourself by email.
Booking a call
The Contact page and the bottom of most pages offer a link to Calendly to book a call. The link opens calendly.com: nothing is embedded in whitenova.fr. The information you enter there (name, email address, chosen time slot and, where applicable, your answers) is processed by Calendly, LLC, acting as White Nova's processor, to arrange the call. It is used for the same purposes and kept for the same periods as your emails. Calendly sets its own cookies on its website: see its privacy notice.
Purposes and legal bases
- Replying to your request, understanding your need and, where relevant, preparing a quote: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
- Keeping track of business correspondence: White Nova's legitimate interest.
Your data is not used for targeted advertising or automated decision-making.
Recipients
Your messages are read by White Nova. They are stored by IONOS, the provider hosting White Nova's mailbox, acting as a processor. They are never sold or passed on.
Hosting provider's technical logs
The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. Like any host, Netlify records technical connection logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) to keep the service running and secure, for a limited period that it defines (netlify.com/privacy). White Nova does not use these logs to track visitors.
Transfers outside the European Union
Netlify, Inc. is established in the United States. It states that it complies with the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Calendly, LLC is established in the United States (115 E Main St., Ste A1B, Buford, GA 30518). It states that it complies with the same EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and relies on standard contractual clauses.
Retention periods
Exchanges that lead nowhere are deleted no later than three years after the last contact. When a service is agreed, correspondence and contractual and accounting documents are kept for the applicable legal periods.
Cookies and local storage
This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising tracker or analytics tool. No consent banner is therefore needed.
If you use the theme button, your preference (light or dark) is saved in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device and is not sent to anyone. Details are in the cookie policy.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, and the right to portability where it applies. You may also set instructions for what happens to your data after your death. To exercise these rights, write to contact@whitenova.fr: you will receive a reply within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority, the CNIL: www.cnil.fr.
