Timeline & planning

What is the average timeline for a website project?

A full premium showcase site is delivered in eight to ten weeks. A structured e-commerce site usually takes ten to fourteen weeks. These timelines include analysis, design, build and testing. A detailed calendar is shared at signature.

Can you handle a rush project?

Yes, subject to availability. We have a short-sprint mode that delivers a campaign page in two to three weeks. That mode is priced as a specific package and does not replace a foundational project.

How does the kick-off work?

A two-hour framing workshop is scheduled in the week following signature. We leave it with an approved framing document, a calendar and a list of accesses to share. Work starts the following week.

Budget & pricing

How is your pricing structured?

We work on flat-fee packages for one-off projects and monthly retainers for ongoing engagements like SEO, social or ads. Starting prices are shown on each service page. A custom quote is sent within the week following your brief.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. The quote includes all services, tool licences and project management. Any external cost such as a domain or a specific font licence is anticipated and itemised upfront.

Do you offer a payment schedule?

Yes. Projects are invoiced over three to four milestones tied to approval stages. Monthly retainers are invoiced at the start of each month with automatic payment.

Collaboration

Who will work on my project?

A dedicated project lead, supported by the relevant discipline experts. You never go through a sales intermediary to reach the person doing the work.

How often will we meet?

Weekly during the design phase, monthly during ongoing engagements. All operational exchanges happen through a shared project space, accessible at any time.

Can we work over Teams, Google Meet or Zoom?

Yes. We adapt to your environment. We use Google Workspace internally and can plug into your collaboration tools without friction.

SEO, advertising and social

How long before we see SEO results?

The first ranking gains usually appear between month two and month four on local queries, later on competitive queries. An SEO retainer is designed on a six to twelve-month horizon to be profitable.

How do you manage an advertising budget?

We work toward a return-on-ad-spend target agreed at kick-off. Budget is arbitrated weekly based on performance. You receive a clear monthly report with the decisions taken.

Which social networks do you recommend?

The right network depends on your audience and your content capacity. We never recommend being everywhere. We identify one or two priority channels and give them the level of production needed to be taken seriously.

After launch

Do you offer maintenance?

Yes. We offer three maintenance tiers, from minimal technical upkeep to ongoing editorial and SEO support. Each tier is detailed in a separate document and can be activated at any time.

Can I manage my site myself?

Yes. Our sites ship with a clean admin interface and a one-hour training session. Everyday content, pages, posts, offers, can be updated without outside help.

What happens if I change agency later?

Nothing is locked. You own your domain, your content, your code and your ad accounts. We document everything to make a potential transition smooth.
